As part of your Tenancy Agreement, you are expected to look after your home.

As Landlords, we can not dictate how you choose to live, but anything you do (or do not do) which causes damage to the property will be in breach of your Tenancy Agreement.

Of course, the better care you take of your home, the nicer it will be to live in.
