Paying your rent
It is important that you always pay your rent in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
Failure to do so can have severe consequences and can ultimately lead to you losing your home.
We understand that, sometimes, life doesn't always go to plan and you may encounter difficulties in paying.
If this happens please contact us as soon as possible.
We will be happy to discuss the situation with you and see what options may be available, but please do not ignore the situation - it will only make things worse.

If you rent with us via a Reading Borough Council approved scheme, we advise you to contact your housing officer, or other Council representative in the first instance.
